Franchise Launch Timeline

  • September 26, 2022
  • Andrew Hoffman

From the date the Franchise Agreement is signed, and the franchise fee is submitted, the franchise launch timeline should be within 45 – 90 days.

The most significant hurdle for a quick launch may lie in finding retail or office space, if that is your objective. Accordingly, the franchisor will help with the facility location process, lease negotiation, office renovations and delivery of requisite collateral.

Local marketing will begin prior to your actual hard launch.

This list summarizes everything you should do once the franchise license is awarded; the precise sequence may vary. Although these are the typical steps taken to open your franchise, we suggest you discuss these steps with your lawyer and accountant.
